I am a Singapore citizen. I have two sons who are also Singapore citizens. My two sons ages are between 13 years and 16 1/2 years. Do I need to apply for exit permits for my two sons if they are travelling or remaining outside Singapore for three (3) months or longer? If I as the Father failed to apply the exit permits for them, will I be committing any offence for failing to apply for the exit permits?
