I am a dog owner. What happen if my dog does harm or causes injury to members of the public? What if my dog is a nuisance to members of the public? What happen if my dog causes damage to public property? If my dog is in the habit of persistently running at people, will I as owner of the dog be guilty of an offence? What if I am the owner of a ferocious dog and I allow this dog to walk with me in a public place without a muzzle?
